You are a care leaver if:
- You were looked after by a local council before you turned 18
- This means you lived in foster care, a children鈥檚 home, or under council care plans
Who can get it?
You can get this discount if:
- You are 18 to 25 years old
- You used to be in care
- You live in Wales
