The 乱伦大神, in exercise of their powers under Section 84 (1) (a) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers, after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part Ill of Schedule 9 to that Act hereby make the following Order: -
1. In this Order except where otherwise stated any reference in this Order to a numbered Article or Schedule is a reference to the Article or Schedule bearing that number in this Order.
2. No person shall drive any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 30 (thirty) miles per hour on the length of road specified in the Schedule 1 to this Order.
3. No person shall drive any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 50 (fifty) miles per hour on the length of road specified in the Schedule 2 to this Order.
This Order may be cited as 乱伦大神 (A4046, Cwm to Aberbeeg, Abertillery) (30mph and 50mph Speed Limit) Order 2026 and shall come into operation on 31 March 2027 or on the date that the traffic signs or road markings prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions (TSRGD) are erected and displayed on site, whichever is the earlier.
SCHEDULE 1
30 MPH SPEED LIMIT
A4046 Cwm to Aberbeeg
From its junction with Marine Street roundabout for a distance of 220 metres in a southerly direction to the southern end of Waterloo Terrace, Ebbw Vale, NP23 7TL.
SCHEDULE 2
50 MPH SPEED LIMIT
A4046 Aberbeeg to Cwm
From a point 693 metres from its junction with A467 roundabout for a distance of 2175 metres in a westerly direction to Waterloo Terrace, Ebbw Vale, NP23 7TL.
SCHEDULE 3
40 MPH SPEED LIMIT
A4046 Aberbeeg to Cwm
From a point 50 metres from its junction with A467 roundabout for a distance of 643 metres in a westerly direction.
